Leading with Strength & Purpose

Mariah Carroll is a NASM-certified personal trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over a decade of experience in fitness coaching. Specializing in powerlifting, strength training, HIIT, kickboxing, and pre/postnatal training, she designs tailored programs that empower clients through every stage of life.

Before founding Body Beyond Measure, Mariah coached in group fitness studios, gyms, and alongside NCAA Division I strength coaches. She is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients can thrive and reach meaningful goals—whether it's excelling in powerlifting, preparing for a wedding, or regaining strength after pregnancy. ​ As a lifelong learner, Mariah competes in the WRPF Powerlifting circuit, applying the same dedication to her own training as she does for her clients. Living by the philosophy of "Body Beyond Measure," she’s passionate about helping others break through limitations and become the strongest version of themselves—inside and out.

POWERLIFTING

Our powerlifting coaching is designed to help athletes excel in competition, with personalized programming tailored to optimize strength, technique, and performance. We provide comprehensive meet handling support, ensuring you’re prepared both mentally and physically on competition day. With 3-4 clients competing every 4 months, we’re dedicated to helping lifters achieve their personal bests.

PRE AND POST-NATAL

Our pre and post-natal training is designed to support women through every stage of pregnancy and recovery with safe, effective workouts tailored to their changing bodies. We focus on building strength, enhancing mobility, and promoting overall well-being to help clients feel empowered and confident throughout their journey. Whether you're preparing for birth or regaining strength postpartum, we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Our Wedding Prep Program is designed to help both men and women look and feel their best on their special day. This personalized training plan focuses on your unique goals, with a recommended start time of at least 3 months before the wedding for optimal results. Our expert guidance ensures you build healthy habits that not only enhance your wedding-day confidence but also support your long-term well-being.
